David Sedaris Charlotte Concert reviews
SOME OLD MIXED WITH NEW STUFF
All in all, it was a good show. I especially liked the comment about Reno resembling Tootie on the Facts of Life - he could be her brother! Larry The Cable Guy had a surprising opera of Oscar Mayer Weiner song and one moment of Git R Done. David Sedaris had a funny moment with the colonoscopy experience, borrowed from Bill Engvall's old moment for the same procedure. Bill Engvall needs funny stories about LIFE itself, always in third person "He said" then "I said" and "I go, well it's like this". The host, Reno, was a pretty funny guy - all three were funny. Not as funny as their older stuff I still watch on Comedy Channel and still laugh! How about introducing a new catch phrase for Larry The Cable Guy's old stuff?
